False Ceiling
In the case of framework of false ceiling, it must be sufficiently strong to take its own load plus the load of one or two workers to work on it. For designing the framework, it is necessary to consider the dead weight of all members of false ceiling and the span of space. First of all, framework is done. Generally this is done with the help of steel or wooden members depending on the span and the cost.
First the rafters are fixed depending on the structural requirement, then further it is divided into small areas depending on the available sizes of the materials to be fixed and the rigidity of substructure. Sometimes instead of angle iron, wooden buttons can be used for fixing the material.
