Getting the video of when you entered the station could be a very strong defense for you if you are speaking clearly and walking balanced. Also, most squad cars have video cameras that record testing and your actions on the scene.

Any evidence gathered against you must be thrown out if your 4th amendment rights were infringed upon. This includes being pulled over for no reason, requiring you to perform field sobriety testing, illegal searches, and lack of probable cause.
